Shipping Policy: You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship nation wide and abroad using UPS and USPS. All UPS orders placed before 12pm PST Monday through Friday excluding holidays will ship that same day. All USPS orders placed Monday through Friday will ship the next business day. All order placed on a weekend will ship the next working business day. No orders will ship out on Saturday, Sunday or holiday's nor are those days to be counted as business days. While we do pride ourselves on getting our orders out on time and delivered in the amount of time stated there are factors out of our control that may delay your package. Factors that may cause your package to be delayed with UPS are severe weather, train delays, truck breakdowns and lost package. UPS does deliver our packages on time about 95% or more of the time but mistakes and delays can and will happen. In that case that is an issue to take up with UPS and is beyond our control. All domestic orders placed with USPS are shipped using Priority Mail and receive tracking info as well. USPS does not update their tracking information page all the time but if you receive a tracking number be assured your package did ship. International shipments take a bit longer delivery wise. All shipment arrival dates are estimates because international shipments must pass their customs inspection first and customs works on their own time and that to may cause a delay depending on your country.
