Return and Exchange Policy

Returns for dissatisfaction
The
customer has a period of 30 days from receiving an order to return it for an
exchange or a refund. Products must be unwashed, unworn in training and be in
perfect resalable condition with any tags still attached. Any modification to
the products, dirty, smelling of any odor, covered in animal hair will be
returned back to the customer at his/ her cost. Products returned within 30
days for a refund will be credited back to the original credit card used to
purchase the order or original PayPal account. Products will not be accepted
for a refund after 30 days. Customer pays all shipping fees coming to and from
Atama. Returns/ exchanges/ refunds may take up to two weeks to process after
arriving at our facility. Once it is attended to the customer will be contact
by an Atama representative to confirm any exchange or refund. When sending
products back to Atama please include a copy of your receipt/ invoice and a
note explaining why it is coming back to us, please make sure your contact
information is correct and current. We only accept returns/ exchanges on
products bought directly from Atama. There is a restocking fee of $10 on all returns, not exchanges.

Returns for Manufacturing Defects
The
customer has a period of 90 days from the date of receiving a product to file a
claim indicating a product is defective stemming from a manufacturing error.
Atama reserves the right to examine and review all products submitted for
replacement. The products in question can be analyzed for up to 20 days at which
point Atama will contact the customer with their findings and provide a
resolution. In some cases this period may extend up to 90 days in which case
Atama USA will send the product in question to Atama Brazil for further
analysis. When sending defective products back to Atama be sure to include a
copy of your invoice/ receipt and a note explaining in detail why the product
is coming back to us and what happened to the product. Please make sure all the
contact information is correct and current. If a product is deemed replaceable
the shipping cost the customer has paid will be reimbursed. Atama does not
warranty normal wear and tear of the product, little problems caused by failure
to follow washing instructions and misuse of our products will not be considered
defective. Please return the products clean and hygienic, dirty and smelling
products will be returned back to the customer and their cost. If a product is
found to be defective by Atama another product of the same model, color and
size will be sent to the customer. If the customer chooses to have a different
model, size or color the difference in value will be billed to the customer. If
the product is to be found non defective the product will be sent back to the
customer at their cost.
All products being shipped back to Atama must be shipped
back accompanied by a tracking number, insured when possible, copy of or
original receipt or invoice, current and correct contact information and a note
explaining why the products are coming back to Atama. For Further information
